The building is located in an Industrial Park in the suburbs of Eastern Debrecen. The Industrial Park is neighboring to a residential area.
This industrial building consists of three main parts: the office block, the production block, and the high-bay warehouse part. These are organized on one axis, so the building is linear in his character.
