From garage to professional interior
In 2015, we were asked by PC Arena to redesign their head office. Their story is a really nice one: just like Google, in the past they have launched their business in a garage, now they are renovating desktops, laptops and monitors in more than a thousand square meter hall, with cheaper and better configurations than branded machines, with the help of more than forty employees. In 2015 the interior was like a real garage (OSB boxes and plinths and peach-colored walls) and their request was to create a very professional interior world.
The project was greatly facilitated by the management's attitude: we were terribly happy that they were so receptive to special solutions, that they have understood the need for good design and the additional costs, attention, and energy. Planning was also interesting: new spaces had to be created and separated (offices, meeting rooms, reception area, waiting room), the repair shop's operation, logistics and workstations had to be remodeled and the existing office space needed to be adapted to the new design. Fortunately, we also have been asked to organise the workmanship, so lasting and intensive work for nearly a year has finally led us to the renewed PC Arena.
